Mickey Mouse and the team made every bit of our first bathroom renovation seamless. Mick’s communication from our initial consult was first class, it’s not often you’re actually heard. With this, he planned a versatile layout of our bathroom which complimented our growing families needs. His support with design and fixture selections was honest and there wasn’t any uncertainty as to make it all happen.From start to finish, Mick’s attention to detail throughout the entire process is insane and this did not waiver. His well prepared and thought out schedule was one that ensured the project was finished on time, as promised. You couldn’t simply have anyone else for the job; the passion, workman ship and respect for his work is what sets him lightyears ahead of the rest.

Mickey Mouse Plumbing were incredible from start (and even before the start) to finish. Mick gave us a start day and time and was there without delay. Before the start day, he sat with us for over an hour and we brainstormed… Mick spent a lot of time going through the selections with us and ensuring we got the lux/earthy look we were chasing and took all of the stress out of having to organise a bathroom reno as he would then go and organise absolutely everything. Mick thought of things that we hadn’t thought of to ensure we got the quality finish we wanted. Every member of the Mickey Mouse team were professional, skilled and personable. Mick and the team made what should have been a stressful time actually quite exciting and because the renovation moved smoothly and on time, it was easy to enjoy the process. We called Mick Saturday and asked him to book us in next week as we no longer had any hot water.Mick dropped what he was doing and was at our house within the hour. He needed parts and the plumbing shop was closed but he was able to get them to open it back up to repair our hot water system after hours.We highly recommend Mickey Mouse and will continue to use him.

I’ve had the team at Mickey Mouse complete a few different jobs for me. I’ve had them re-sealing showers and checking on leaks in an investment property and have also had them install an outdoor shower for me and plumb in my fridge at home. They’ve been a pleasure to deal with and Mick has always gone above and beyond to keep me updated throughout the process on each occasion. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
